I specialize in working with women in their 40s and beyond, helping them navigate the changes that come with aging and hormonal shifts while reclaiming their energy, confidence, and vitality.

The name Your Wellness Dose reflects my belief that wellness isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution—it’s about providing you with a “daily dose” of personalized care and attention, tailored specifically for your lifestyle and goals. About Me

Hi, I’m Yelena, and I’m passionate about helping women feel their best through personalized wellness coaching. With my certification as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and advanced training with celebrity nutritionist Haylie Pomroy, I’m in a unique position to guide you toward lasting health. Through Your Wellness Dose, I provide a compassionate approach to nutrition and lifestyle changes, empowering you to thrive with confidence, energy, and balance.

Before becoming a health and wellness coach, I had a successful career in IP Management. However, my desire to make a meaningful impact on women's lives led me to dedicate my career to helping women navigate their wellness journeys. My own experiences with aging and hormonal changes, along with my educational journey, have shaped my understanding and commitment to providing knowledgeable, personalized support. I’m always learning, ensuring I bring the most current and effective strategies to my clients.
